I want to help and educate everyone in my community how to live a healthy and longer life by either adding to or improving their fitness and nutrition.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

This is one-on-one training that includes personalized workouts and nutritional information. 30 minute or 1 hour sessions are available. I will travel to you or when the weather is nice we can meet at a park or other location.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

30 minute sessions in your office, meeting room or other available facilty. Group or individual training.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Challanging and fun training in a group of 3-10 people. Group training is a great way to establish accountability and friendships.
